No, I don’t really fancy flapjack bites today. Said no one ever!
Our mission this week was to create a delectable flapjack with our Raspberry Brownie Protein Balls…how did we do?
What you’ll need:
8 x The Protein Ball Co Raspberry Brownie Balls
2 x Mashed ripe bananas
150g The Great British Porridge Co Strawberry & Peanut Oats
1tbsp Ground almonds
A sprinkle of cinnamon
50g Fresh raspberries
Method:
Start by preheating the oven to 180 and line two baking trays with some baking paper.
In a bowl, mix the mashed banana, strawberry & peanut oats, almonds, cinnamon and Protein Balls to make a sticky dough.
Once the dough has been formed, gently fold in the raspberries.
Now that all of the ingredients have been combined, divide and roll into small bite sized balls. Place them onto the baking tray and press lightly down.
Bake for between 15-20 minutes or until they are a nice golden colour!
Leave to cool before enjoying!
