🚚 Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £40

Spend £40 or more and we'll deliver your order free to mainland UK (Monday-Friday). Orders under £40 are charged a flat £4 delivery fee.

Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas

If you're in the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or another remote area, here's how it works:

• Orders over £30 and under 2kg qualify for free delivery via Royal Mail.
• Orders over 2kg, or if you choose courier delivery, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
• Spend over £150 and delivery is on us, wherever you are.

When will my balls arrive?

Standard UK delivery usually takes up to 4 working days, although in most cases, it can be quicker. 

We dispatch orders within 48 hours (Monday-Friday), so we'll get your balls rolling as quickly as we can.

During especially busy periods (think payday weekends, Bank Holidays, Black Friday and Christmas), dispatch may take an extra working day. We promise we're not hanging around, we're just packing a lot of balls.

If your order hasn't arrived after 4 working days, drop us an email at info@theproteinballco.com and we'll get on the case.

How do I track my order?

Make sure to add your email or phone number at checkout, and the delivery provider will send you a link to tracking details once it's in their network. Please make sure to wait the 4 working days before contacting us.
