Ingredients:
- 30g The Great British Porridge Co Strawberry & Peanut Porridge
- 1 Bag The Protein Ball Co Coconut & Macadamia Protein Balls
- A large handful of frozen berries
- 1 Frozen banana
- 50 ml Almond milk
- A sprinkling of granola
- Fresh fruit
- Peanut butter
Method:
- In a blender whizz together your frozen berries, banana, plant based milk and chia seeds.
- Blend on a high speed for a round a minute or until it has the consistency of a soft ice cream.
- Pour into a bowl then top with granola, fresh strawberries, a sprinkling of chia seeds and a dollop of peanut butter for good measure!
