These protein puddings are a delightful fusion of smooth peanut butter, and rich plant-based chocolate, blended to perfection. Ingredients
1 x 350g Tub silken tofu
4tbsp Cacao powder
50g Sweetener
1 x Scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
1tsp Vanilla extract
For the topping
1tbsp Coconut oil
2tbsp Smooth peanut butter
40g White chocolate
3 x Keto peanut butter balls
3 x Keto salted caramel balls
Chopped nuts
Method
Start by blending the tofu, coaco powder, sweetener, protein powder and vanilla extract until smooth.
Evenly distribute the mix between three ramekins and spread to fill.
Melt the coconut oil, nut butter and chocolate together, before spooning over the top of each to cover.
Add 2 keto balls on top (one of each flavour) then sprinkle with chopped nuts, before leaving to chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until set.
