Halloween is just around the corner, and we’ve got a frightfully fun way to celebrate! 👻 Turn our delicious Protein Balls into spooky Halloween Eyeballs! Perfect for parties, trick-or-treating, or a spooky snack at home, these creepy creations will have everyone eyeballing your treat table. 👀✨
It’s so easy to make these ghoulish goodies.
Method:
1. Melt 100g of white chocolate into a heat proof bowl in your microwave. Set the time to 1 minute, but pause each 20 seconds to check the chocolate and give it a stir.
2. Open up a bag of your favourite protein balls
3. Grab some cocktail sticks, and add a protein ball to one end. Dip the protein ball into the chocolate, using a spoon to drizzle chocolate all round the bottom. Whirl it around a few times to let any excess chocolate drip off.
4. Grab some fondant eyes and add to the top. You could also use small chocolate drops or buttons.
5. Grab a Satsuma, and stick the bottom half of it into the top so it remains in an upright position. When you are done with your other protein balls, move to the fridge for at least an hour to chill.
6. Remove from the bridge and add to a bowl to serve!
