Coconut and Goji Berry Chocolate Bark
This chocolate bark is super easy to make and looks really pretty - a great gift idea. It can also be made using either dairy or vegan chocolate, making it suitable for all to enjoy. Check out the recipe below!
Ingredients:
Roughly 500g of vegan chocolate (we use 2 parts dark, 1 part milk)
1 pack of coconut and goji berry protein balls, chopped in half
Palm full of goji Berries
3 tbsp of desiccated coconut
Method:
Preheat oven to 60C
Line a baking tray with baking parchment, then add the chocolate so it’s all in a row and pop into the oven to melt for 10 mins
Take out, then use a cocktail stick or tip of a knife to drag the chocolate back and forth, creating a swirly pattern
Place the protein balls on top of the chocolate then sprinkle on the goji berries and coconut until it’s covered
Pop into the fridge for a few hours until it’s fully set then take out and break apart into chunks.
