Pop in the microwave, roll around for 2 minutes, come back and voilà!
What You'll Need
- 3 x The Protein Ball Co Cherry Bakewell Protein Balls (plus extra to top)
- 45g Plain oats
- 1 Mashed banana
- 45ml Plant based milk
- 1tsp Baking powder
- Strawberries to top
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl aside from the toppings.
- Add the mixture into a lightly greased mug and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Turn the cake out of the mug, add your toppings and enjoy!
