To ensure that your breakfast time doesn’t get lost in the madness, we’ve created this delicious, quick and easy smoothie recipe.
Full to the brim with wholesome ingredients, not only with this tasty treat set you up for whatever the day throws at you, but it will also fuel your body with a whole load of vitamins and minerals.
Blueberries boast a plethora of health benefits and are known as a superfood in the nutrition world. They’ll help keep your energy levels up; perfect for these busy summer days!
This scrumptious brekkie is great for kids too, meaning you can all take 5 minutes, to sit down and enjoy the most important meal of the day.
What you’ll need
- 4 x The Protein Ball Co Blueberry Muffin Protein Balls
- 80ml Almond milk
- 80ml Vanilla yoghurt
- 30g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 30g The Great British Porridge Co Blueberry & Banana Oats
- 1tsp Honey
- ½tsp Vanilla extract
- A sprinkling of cinnamon
- A large handful of ice
Method
- Simply add all of your ingredients into a blender and whizz together until smooth
- Serve immediately with a few fresh blueberries on top.
TOP TIP: If the smoothie is looking a little too runny, add in a few more ice cubes. If it’s looking too thick, add in another sprinkling of the oats.
