- 2 x bags of Cacao & Orange Protein Balls
- 100g The Great British Porridge Co High Protein Low Sugar Porridge
- 100g vegan unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 100g light brown sugar
- 1tsp orange extract
- 100g plain flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 25g desiccated coconut
- 70g sultanas
Start by heating the oven to 180.
Using an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the mashed banana, orange extract and egg.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, oats, coconut, Protein Balls and sultanas.
Once mixed together add the try ingredients to the wet mixture and combine until a dough is formed.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll the dough into balls and press lightly down.
Cook for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
Leave to cool and enjoy!
