What you’ll need: 

Cacao & Orange High Protein Cookies

Method: 
  • Start by heating the oven to 180. 
  • Using an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the mashed banana, orange extract and egg.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, oats, coconut, Protein Balls and sultanas.
  • Once mixed together add the try ingredients to the wet mixture and combine until a dough is formed. 
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll the dough into balls and press lightly down. 
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. 
  • Leave to cool and enjoy!
