It may be pretty obvious that we are big snackers here at The Protein Ball Co. We love trying out other tasty snacking options such as organic chickpea puffs from Hippeas, and coconut yoghurt from Coconut Collaborative.
And sometimes we even like to come up with snacking ideas that will pair with our tasty protein balls. So we’ve come up with this quick and simple recipe for a chia seed pudding with a difference.
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
The Protein Ball Co Cherry + Almond protein balls
1. Place the chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup in a kilner jar (or any jar you can find!), mix them together well and refrigerate for a minimum of 20 mins but preferably overnight.
2. When you are ready to eat; remove from the fridge, give it a little stir and top with WOW chia seed drink. We’ve placed a handful of fresh cherries into the top half to give it some colour. Enjoy with a bag of our Cherry + Almond protein balls
